01
Arrive With a Clean Face — No Oils, No Makeup, No Excuses
Think of your skin as a canvas. Makeup, SPF, and moisturizers leave a residue that repels professional-grade adhesives and serums.
Use an oil-free cleanser or micellar water the morning of your appointment for optimal product performance.
02
Skip the Buzz — No Caffeine, Booze, or Energy Drinks 4–6 Hours Prior
Stimulants = twitchy eyes, inflamed skin, and uncooperative brows.
Arrive calm, hydrated, and still — work is done within micro-millimeters, not espresso jitters.
03
Press Pause on Retinoids, Acids & Scrubs (48–72 Hours)
Your favorite actives are amazing—just not before a chemical-based service.
Stop using AHAs, BHAs, retinoids, and exfoliants around treatment zones 2–3 days before and after.
04
Step Away from the Curlers & DIY Tints (1 Week Min)
Pre-processing hair (lashes or brows) + pro solutions = overexposure risk.
Let your strands rest to avoid chemical stress or breakage.
05
Disclose Allergies & Sensitivities
We’re dealing with cyanoacrylate adhesives, hair dyes, and perming agents — not cocktail ingredients.
Let us know about past reactions, sensitive skin, or eye issues so we can keep your service safe and customized.
06
Skip Lash Growth Serums for 48–72 Hours
Your lash serum is great—but it stimulates follicles and sensitizes the lash line.
Let the eye area chill before pro services so your retention isn’t compromised.
07
Don’t Book After Botox, Fillers, Peels, or Laser
If your face is freshly frozen or freshly exfoliated, wait 5–7 days minimum.
Your skin needs time to recover before it can handle the fun stuff.
08
Shower Before Your Appointment (Not After)
You’ll need to avoid steam, water, and sweat for 24–48 hours post-service, especially after lifts, tints, and lamination.
Get clean before you get pretty.
09
Silence Is Golden (So Is Airplane Mode)
Your beauty nap is sacred. You are loved, but we love stillness even more during application.
Please silence phones and come ready to relax — this is self-care with surgical precision.
10
Come With a Vision — But Trust the Artist
Bring photos. Bring vibes. Bring inspo. Let’s perfect the final look.
Results are tailored to your bone structure, hair growth, and skin type so it looks elevated, not overdone.

After Your Appointment:
Your beauty service doesn’t stop when you walk out the door—aftercare is where the magic is. Follow these tips to keep your lashes, brows, and skin looking fresh and flawless.
Eye: Eyelash Extensions
Treat your lashes well—no drama, just longevity.
- No steam, sweat for 24–48 hours – Let that adhesive work.
- Skip oil-based cleansers, creams, and makeup removers – Oil+glue = sad lashes.
- No mascara (especially waterproof!) – you don’t need it.
- Brush daily with a spoolie – Keep your lash line neat and fluffy.
- Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase – Smash lashes = lost lashes.
- Come in for a fill every 2–3 weeks – Consistency is the secret to lash perfection.

Brow Lamination
Lifted, fluffy brows need some love too.
- Keep brows dry for 24 hours – That includes showers, workouts, and steam rooms.
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or laying on them – Let those new hairs stay in place.
- Skip makeup, exfoliants, and actives near brows for 48 hours – Be gentle while they settle.
- Brush them into place daily with a clean spoolie
- Hydrate – Use a nourishing oil or serum to condition and maintain softness.

Lash & Brow Tint
Definition made to last—keep it looking fresh.
- Avoid water, sweat, and steam for 24 hours – Let the pigment settle fully.
- No makeup removers or scrubs near the area – Be kind to your tint.
- Skip sunbathing and chlorine for 48 hours – Fading isn’t the vibe.
- Gently cleanse the area with a mild, non-oily cleanser – No raccoon eyes here!
- Color lasts 3-4 weeks – Book your refresh before the fade.

Lash Lift
Your natural lashes just leveled up—keep the lift lifted.
- Avoid water, steam, and mascara for 24–48 hours – Give your curl time to set.
- Skip lash curlers completely – You won’t need them anymore!
- Use a lash serum or conditioner daily – Healthy lashes = long-lasting results.
- Be gentle – No rubbing, tugging, or harsh products.
- Lifts last 6–8 weeks – Perfect for low-maintenance lash glam.

Facial Waxing (Brows, Lip, Chin, etc.)
Fresh skin! Handle with care.
- Avoid hot showers, steam, sweating, or sun for 24 hours – Your skin is in healing mode.
- No exfoliants, actives (retinoids, AHAs/BHAs), or acne products for 2–3 days – Keep it calm and simple.
- Do not touch, pick, or scratch the area – Prevent irritation and breakouts.
- Apply a fragrance-free soothing moisturizer or aloe – Calm and hydrate.
- Always wear SPF daily – Waxed skin is more sun-sensitive!
